NexVoice Numbers

Each Nexvoice service requires the allocation of a unique service number. Customers may chose to either, receive a new Nexvoice number which is entirely independant of their current telephone provider or wish to transfer (port) their existing number onto our Network.

Get a new Unique Nexvoice Service Number

A new Nexvoice Number is allocated with each new Nexvoice service request. Unless a subscriber wishes to retain their existing number and have their number ported to our Network, subscribers will always receive a new unique number. The Nexvoice number is a geographical-based number and is allocated with an area-code related to your given location.

Retaining Your Existing Number

Nexvoice services support inbound porting of existing numbers. This is a procedure known as Local Number Portability and allows subscribers to receive incoming calls on their existing number that is re-routed to their Nexvoice service over a broadband connection.

Porting your existing number allows subscribers to consolidate their voice and data communications over their braodband service.

How to Port your Existing Number

Your existing number may be easily ported by completing the Portability Application Form that may be downloaded from this page. Complete this form and return it to Nextep Broadband.
